Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and minimal related experience or training.
• Clear verbal and written communication; strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to adapt to changing schedules and tasks; demonstrate good judgment.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 25 pounds and performing desk-to-field tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day location management within contractual guidelines.
• Support efforts to improve client and customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer inquiries courteously and professionally.
• Assist maintenance of parking equipment and general site tasks as directed.
• Report safety hazards or policy violations to the Facility Manager.
• Maintain knowledge of garage areas, streets and landmarks.
