SP+, a Metropolis Company, seeks a motivated team member to support daily parking operations at Belmont Park Garage in Elmont, NY. You will assist in managing location activities, ensuring policy adherence, and delivering attentive customer service.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and strong communication, adaptability, and judgment. A valid driver's license with a clean record is required; seasonal hourly pay is offered with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; related experience or training may be required.
• Clear spoken communication; listens well and seeks clarification.
• Written communication: reads and writes clearly.
• Customer service orientation with a positive attitude.
• Adaptable to changes and able to handle delays or unexpected events.
• Solid judgment in decision-making.
• Must have and maintain a valid state-issued driver’s license and a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day management of a location, ensuring operations stay within contractual guidelines and company policies.
• Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with day-to-day activities of the assigned locations and related duties.
• Courteously assist customers and provide information or directions as needed.
• Assist in maintenance and repair of parking equipment and general tasks as directed by the Facility Manager.
• Report incidents, safety hazards, or policy violations to the Facility Manager.
• Possibly substitute for other positions as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of all garage areas and local streets/landmarks.
