Job summary

SP+ in Buffalo, NY is hiring a maintenance/housekeeping attendant to support facility upkeep and customer service at the garage. You will perform cleaning, light maintenance, safety checks, and assist customers as needed.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, valid NY driver’s license, and willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends or 3rd shift. Training provided; benefits available.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: High School Diploma or an equivalent combination.
• License: valid state-issued driver’s license.
• Availability to Work: may require 3rd shift and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks as per checklists.
• Walk garage daily to note and fix issues.
• Sweep, clean entrances, rails, and office areas.
• Empty trashcans; maintain cleanliness.
• Paint surfaces as directed to maintain appearance.
• Check gate arms, ticket spitters for proper operation.
• Report safety hazards to Facility Manager.
• Assist customers and maintain a neat uniform.
