Job summary

SP+ is seeking a customer service associate to support payment processes and assist guests at a high-traffic parking facility in the Dulles area. You will help customers with payments on automated systems and ensure smooth traffic flow while maintaining a clean, safe environment.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, basic tech aptitude, and strong English communication. Flexibility for varying shifts, weekend work, and reliable transportation is required.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with automated parking access control hardware and software or high aptitude for technology.
• Availability to work varied shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid state driver's license with current address and clean driving record.
• Ability to read, write and speak English clearly.
• Strong judgment, adaptability and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with payments at fully automated revenue control equipment.
• Ensure clean, safe common areas and assist maintenance at entrances/exits.
• Handle parking services and guide traffic flow through the facility.
• Resolve customer issues and escalate when needed.
• Maintain professional appearance and punctuality during shifts.
