Job summary

SP+ is seeking a Customer Service Representative to ensure a seamless parking experience and to assist customers with payment on automated equipment. The role supports location operations, monitors lanes, quotes rates, and maintains a clean, professional environment.

You will handle transactions, resolve issues, and adapt to schedule needs, including evenings and weekends. Qualifications include a High School Diploma, comfort with technology, and a valid driver's license if driving is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with automated parking access control hardware and software or a high aptitude for technology.
• Availability for special shift requirements; weekends may be required.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license if driving company vehicle or handling company business.
• Ability to read, write and interpret English.
• Ability to handle transactions with a calculator or card machine.

Responsibilities

• Ensure seamless parking experience and smooth traffic flow.
• Assist customers in making payment to automated revenue control equipment.
• Deliver an exceptional client and customer experience.
• Assist in the management of day-to-day activities at the location.
• Monitor pay-in lanes and quote rates for services.
• Resolve customer complaints independently or with supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance.
• Arrive on time for scheduled shifts and perform other duties as assigned.
