Responsibilities

• Assist customers in making payment to automated revenue control equipment.
• Facilitate traffic flow and parking services.
• Lead programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor revenue in pay lanes and ensure accurate cash handling.
• Provide directions to customers to various locations in the city.
• Maintain cleanliness and present professional appearance.
• Arrive on time for scheduled shifts.
