Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis company, is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Alexandria, VA to ensure a seamless parking experience and support maintenance at the facility. The position is part-time (28 hours per week) for three months, with shifts Mon–Fri from 2pm to 7pm.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with automated parking access control hardware and software preferred.
• Availability for 2nd/3rd shift and/or weekends may be required.
• Valid state driver's license if driving company vehicle is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers have a seamless parking experience and facilitate smooth traffic flow.
• Assist customers with payments to automated revenue control equipment.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and handle complaints with supervision when needed.
• Manage day-to-day activities at the assigned location.
• Count revenue at shift start and make change as needed.
