Job summary

SP+ is hiring for a part-time positions at our VA location. The role supports customer service for parking facilities using automated payment systems and assists the maintenance team to keep entrances and exits clean. The pay rate is $19.00 per hour with opportunities to handle diverse customer interactions.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or equivalent, and be able to work flexible shifts including weekends. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with automated parking access hardware or strong tech aptitude.
• Availability for var iable shifts incl. weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with payment to fully automated revenue control equipment.
• Direct traffic flow and assist in parking services at the facility.
• Lead programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance at all times.
• Resolve customer complaints independently or with supervisor support.
