SP+, a Metropolis company, is seeking a Full-Time Attendant in Tysons, VA. The role focuses on directing customers, counting vehicles, and ensuring the lot remains clean and safe.

You will assist guests, issue warnings for policy violations, and help maintain parking equipment under the Facility Manager’s supervision. Requirements include a high school completion or equivalent, a valid driver’s license if required for company vehicles, and the ability to work 2nd/3rd shifts or weekends as

Formación

• Education/Experience: Less than High School education or one month related experience, training or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• License: Valid state-issued driver’s license with acceptable driving record if driving company vehicle.
• Availability: 2nd/3rd shift and/or weekend work may be required.
• Language Skills: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; write simple correspondence; present information one-on-one.
• Mathematical Skills: Basic arithmetic with money.
• Appearance: Neat, clean, and in uniform.
• Physical Demands: Standing, walking, occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Direct incoming customers to available parking spaces.
• Count vehicles on location throughout shift.
• Write and issue violation warnings to tenants and visitors.
• Patrol parking levels on foot or in carts.
• Assist customers who forgot where they parked.
• Maintain punctuality and uniform appearance.
• Answer questions and refer to the Facility Manager when needed.
• Control traffic at entrances and exits.
