Job summary

SP+ is hiring for a location in Tempe, AZ. The role supports the daily operations of a parking facility, directing customers, managing vehicle flow, and maintaining safety and order. You will assist guests, report incidents, and help with parking equipment maintenance.

Qualifications include a valid state driver’s license, basic math and reading abilities, and neat, professional appearance. Availability for different shifts, including weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• Basic reading and writing ability.
• Ability to read simple instructions and memos.
• Willingness to maintain a neat, professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Direct incoming customers to available parking spaces.
• Count vehicles on location throughout shift.
• Write and issue violation warnings to tenants and visitors.
• Patrol levels on foot or with motor carts as applicable.
• Help customers locate their vehicles if misplaced.
• Be punctual and in uniform for each shift.
• Assist customers and direct them to the Facility Manager when needed.
• Control traffic at entrances and exits.
• Assist in maintenance/repair of parking equipment as directed.
• Report accidents, violations, hazards or unusual occurrences.
• Notify garage office of debris, spills, or issues.
• Substitute for Valets when needed.
• Know all garage areas, major streets, landmarks and freeways.
• Assist the Facility Manager with other duties.
