Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis Company, is seeking a friendly cashier for parking facilities in Scottsdale, AZ. You will process payments, issue receipts, and help customers move in and out quickly while keeping the booth clean and organized.

This full-time position requires punctuality, basic math, cash handling, and good communication. Availability for varying shifts may be needed. Salary is $18.00 per hour with benefits included.

Qualifications

• Education: Less than high school or up to one month related experience.
• Availability to work including 2nd/3rd shifts and weekends may be required.
• Driver's license may be required for company vehicle work.
• Mathematical ability to make change and calculate totals.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and coworkers.
• Ability to handle customer complaints with supervisor assistance.

Responsibilities

• Process payments and issue receipts or tickets to customers.
• Maintain accuracy of cash bank at start and end of shifts.
• Assist customers with directions and inquiries.
• Keep the booth clean and stocked with needed supplies.
• Log shift transactions and prepare daily reports.
• Address customer issues promptly and escalate when needed.
