Job summary

SP+ in Fullerton, CA is seeking a Parking Enforcement Officer to monitor streets, lots, and campuses to ensure compliance with parking policies. You will provide frontline customer service and issue citations, with authority to impound or relocate vehicles as directed.

This role requires the ability to work alone, exercise good judgment, and endure varied weather conditions while ensuring safe traffic flow. A valid driver’s license is required with a clean record.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older at time of hire.
• Must have a valid state-issued driver’s license with a current address and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to operate a motorized vehicle or bicycle.
• Ability to walk for extended periods and work in all weather conditions.
• Ability to interact with others in a courteous and tactful manner.

Responsibilities

• Monitor designated streets, lots, garages, and campus areas to ensure policy compliance.
• Provide customer service by answering questions regarding directions, events, and parking policies.
• Issue citations and warnings; impound, boot, or relocate vehicles as directed.
• Assist maintenance staff with parking equipment and lot upkeep.
• Assist event staff with parking for events and permit sales during peak seasons.
• Other related duties as assigned.
