Job summary

SP+ is seeking a Parking Enforcement Officer to monitor streets, lots, and campuses to ensure policy compliance and support the community. You will provide directions, answer questions, and issue citations when needed.

The role requires independence, the ability to work outdoors in all weather, and a valid driver's license. Salary is $20.00 per hour with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older at time of hire.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to walk for extended periods of time and work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor designated streets, lots, garages, or campus to ensure compliance with parking policies.
• Provide customer service by answering questions regarding directions, events, locations and policies.
• Issue citations and warnings for non-compliance; impound or relocate vehicles as directed.
• Assist maintenance staff with parking equipment and facility upkeep, including meters and pay/display machines.
