Job summary

SP+ is seeking a parking enforcement officer in Florida to monitor streets, lots, and campuses for policy compliance and provide frontline customer service. You will issue citations, assist with vehicle impounds, and support maintenance and event staff while working in various weather conditions.

The role requires independent judgment, strong communication, and the ability to work shifts including weekends. Driver’s license and good driving record are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older at time of hire.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Monitor streets, lots, garages, and campuses for policy compliance.
• Provide customer service by answering directions and parking questions.
• Issue citations/warnings using handheld devices or manual tickets; impound/relocate vehicles as directed.
• Assist maintenance and events staff with parking operations and equipment.
• Participate in collection of parking revenues and fees.
