Qualifications

• Candidate should be comfortable working in all weather conditions and long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by answering questions regarding directions, events, building locations and parking policies.
• Issue citations and warnings for non-compliance with a computerized handheld system or manuals; impound, boot, or relocate vehicles as directed.
• Work independently, applying tact and diplomacy when dealing with people.
• Assist with maintenance duties related to parking equipment and facility upkeep; inspect lots and repair meters and signs.
• Assist in collecting parking revenues and support event staffing and permit sales during peak seasons.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
