Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis Company, seeks a Parking Enforcement Officer to monitor designated areas and ensure compliance with parking policies in Cincinnati. You will issue citations, assist with equipment, and support event parking operations while delivering strong customer service.

The role requires the ability to work alone, handle various weather conditions, and maintain professional interaction with the public.

Qualifications

• Awareness of local parking rules and geography.
• Ability to explain policies clearly to customers.
• Capacity to operate in various weather conditions.
• Must be at least 18 years old at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Monitor streets, lots, garages, or campus to enforce parking policies.
• Provide customer service by answering directions and policy questions.
• Issue citations, warnings, and move vehicles as directed.
• Assist with parking equipment maintenance and meter upkeep.
• Assist in revenue collection from meters and pay-on-foot systems.
• Support event staff with parking for events and traffic control.
• Assist in permit sales data entry and frontline customer service.
• Other duties as assigned.
