Job summary

Towne is hiring a Parking Enforcement Attendant who will report to the Account Manager. The role involves customer service, cashiering, flagging, and lot maintenance, with a focus on enforcing parking rules and maintaining equipment and reports.

We offer competitive hourly pay ($16–$18) plus commission, with shifts including afternoon, evening, and weekends. Benefits include several insurances and a 401k program; seasonal roles excluded from benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Able to operate revenue control equipment and perform basic calculations.
• Good written and verbal communication; able to log information accurately.
• Able to stand for the length of a shift and work outdoors in all weather.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly demeanor with guests, parkers, co-workers and clients.
• Patrol and monitor lots to ensure only authorized vehicles are parked.
• Enforce parking rules and issue citations per preapproved guidelines.
• Manage lot signage, maintenance, and cleanliness.
• Troubleshoot meters/equipment when applicable.
• Prepare reports and filing regarding violations and citations.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
