Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Parking Enforcement Attendant to patrol lots, issue citations, and assist guests. You will operate revenue control equipment, file reports, and ensure compliance with laws.

The role requires 18+ with background check and drug screen, 1–3 months related experience, and a schedule of 4PM-9PM weekdays and 1PM-9PM weekends. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and pass background/drug screen.
• One to three months related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Patrol and monitor lots to ensure only authorized vehicles park.
• Enforce parking rules and issue citations per guidelines.
• Maintain lot signage and cleanliness.
• Operate and troubleshoot meters/equipment.
• Prepare reports on violations and citations.
• Comply with local, state, and federal laws.
• Seasonal tasks such as snow removal.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
