Job summary

Towne Park is hiring a Parking Enforcement Attendant to support operations across our lots and garages. You will interact with guests, issue citations when needed, and help maintain signage and equipment while following safety guidelines.

Compensation includes a base hourly rate plus ticket bonuses. The role requires outdoor work in various weather conditions, with evening shifts on Fridays and Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a background check and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• 1–3 months related experience or training; or equivalent education.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service to guests.
• Ability to operate revenue control equipment and log information accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a friendly demeanor with guests, parkers and coworkers.
• Patrol lots to ensure only authorized vehicles are parked.
• Enforce citations for unpaid or expired parking.
• Manage signage and perform general lot maintenance.
• Troubleshoot meters/equipment and complete reports on violations.
• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal laws.
