Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Parking Enforcement Attendant to support parking operations across city garages and lots. You will greet guests, process payments, issue citations, and operate revenue control equipment while maintaining a professional demeanor.

This role emphasizes outdoor work in various weather, attention to safety and accuracy in reporting, and collaboration with the Account Manager to open and close booths and complete daily paperwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old, pass a criminal background check and drug screen, and hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience: 1–3 months of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with guests, parkers, coworkers, and clients.
• Patrol and monitor lots to ensure that only authorized vehicles are parked.
• Enforce parking by issuing citations to non-paid or time-expired parkers according to preapproved guidelines.
• Manage lot signage, including taking down, repairing, and assembling signs.
• Keep lot clean by picking up trash, cleaning signage, and performing general maintenance.
• Troubleshoot parking meters and equipment when applicable.
• Prepare reports and file paperwork regarding violations and citations.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
• Perform seasonal tasks such as snow removal, shoveling, salting, and operating a snow thrower.
