Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Parking Enforcement Attendant to patrol lots, enforce parking regulations, issue citations, and maintain signage and lot cleanliness. This role requires strong customer service and the ability to operate revenue control equipment.

Eligible applicants must be 18+, pass background checks, hold a valid driver’s license, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Benefits include insurance options and 401k; seasonal roles vary.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• 1–3 months related experience or training; or equivalent education.
• Ability to log information and perform quick, accurate math calculations.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Patrol and monitor lots to ensure only authorized vehicles are parked.
• Enforce parking rules by issuing citations per guidelines.
• Manage lot signage: install, repair, and remove signs.
• Keep lot clean: remove trash and maintain signage.
