Job summary

Towne is seeking a Parking Enforcement Attendant to join our team. The role focuses on customer service, enforcing parking rules, and maintaining lots and equipment. You will support revenue control, issue citations, and ensure safety and compliance across parking facilities.

The position offers part-time hours, evening shifts on Fridays and Saturdays, and benefits eligibility for certain plans. A valid driver’s license and background check are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and pass a background check and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• 1–3 months related experience or equivalent education/training.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pleasant, professional demeanor with guests and staff.
• Patrol lots to ensure only authorized vehicles park.
• Issue citations according to guidelines for non-payment or time expiration.
• Manage lot signage and perform basic lot maintenance.
• Assist with reporting and filing of violations and citations.
• Operate and troubleshoot parking meters/equipment when needed.
