Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Parking Enforcement Attendant to support our facilities and patron experience. This role involves patrolling parking lots, issuing citations per guidelines, and maintaining signage and equipment. You will handle cash and assist guests with questions in a fast-paced environment.

The position is full-time, primarily outdoors, with some weekends and potential night shifts. A background check and driver’s license are required, and a 401k plan is offered along with insurance

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Able to operate revenue control equipment and cash handling.
• Attention to detail and ability to log information accurately.
• Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly demeanor with guests and co-workers.
• Patrol lots to ensure only authorized vehicles are parked.
• Issue citations based on guidelines for non-paid or time-expired parkers.
• Manage lot signage and perform basic maintenance tasks.
• Keep lots clean and report meter/equipment issues promptly.
• Prepare reports and file paperwork on violations and citations.
