Job summary

InterPark Holdings Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle calls for a parking facility and provide high-level service to customers, managers, and peers.

The role supports revenue controls and accountability as part of the Operations team. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, basic math ability for cashier tasks, computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, Internet), and unrestricted work authorization in the US.

Qualifications

• Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the US.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Pre-employment screening including drug test, reference checks, and background check.

Responsibilities

• Responds clearly to customer inquiries about monthly/daily rate information, directions to locations, and operation of automated pay equipment stations.
• Ensures all paperwork is complete and revenue tickets are collected and accounted for.
• Acts as the point person for customer service inquiries, complaints, incident reports and claims; Escalates major issues to management as appropriate.
