You will support daily location operations, interact with customers professionally, and help maintain clean facilities. Shift availability may include evenings and weekends, with opportunities for growth in a busy, friendly team.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: automated parking access control hardware/software or high tech aptitude.
• Shift availability: may include 2nd/3rd shifts and weekends.
• Driver license: valid state-issued license with good driving record.
• Mathematical skills: add/subtract, make change.
• Language: read/write/interpret English.
• Reasoning: basic problem solving in concrete scenarios.
• Adaptability: handle changes and delays.
• Judgment: sound, accurate.
• Other abilities: pleasant telephone manner and customer service.
• Work environment: variable weather and noise levels.

Responsibilities

• Ensure seamless parking experience and smooth traffic flow.
• Assist customers with payments to automated revenue control systems.
• Deliver exceptional client and customer service.
• Assist in day-to-day activities at the location.
• Monitor parkers in pay-in lanes and provide directions.
