Job summary

SP+ is seeking a friendly Parking Attendant at our Erlanger location to ensure top‑notch customer service and smooth operation of automated revenue equipment. You will assist customers with payments, quote rates, and guide drivers through the facility, while keeping entrances and exits clean and orderly.

You will work varying shifts, including weekends if needed, and present a professional appearance. A high school diploma and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with automated parking access control hardware and software or a high aptitude for technology.
• Availability to work varying shifts, weekends may be required.
• Valid state driver's license with good driving record.
• Basic math skills: add, subtract, make change.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with payment on automated revenue equipment.
• Quote parking rates and provide directions to customers.
• Maintain cleanliness of entrances/exits and common areas.
• Support day-to-day operations at the location.
• Handle basic transactions and respond to customer questions.
