Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis company, is hiring for a parking attendant at our Bellevue location. You will direct customers to parking spaces, count vehicles, and issue warnings for policy violations while keeping the area clean and presentable.

The role requires reliability, a valid driver’s license, and flexible shifts including weekends. Benefits and a comprehensive benefits plan are provided to eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Reading simple instructions, short memos, and basic forms.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to present information one-on-one to customers and employees.

Responsibilities

• Direct customers to available parking spaces and guide traffic.
• Count vehicles on location and monitor parking levels.
• Issue violation warnings for policy breaches.
• Assist customers who forget where they parked.
• Maintain uniform and punctual attendance.
• Support the Facility Manager with maintenance tasks as needed.
• Have knowledge of garage areas and local roads for guidance.
