Qualifications

• Minimal high school diploma or equivalent and a minimal month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Oral communication is essential; speaks clearly and listens well.
• Written communication should be clear and informative; able to read and interpret written information.
• Customer service orientation with a positive attitude.
• Valid state-issued driver's license with acceptable driving record if driving company vehicle.
• Physical demands include sitting, standing, walking, lifting up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day management of a location within contractual guidelines and company policies.
• Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with day-to-day activities and management duties of the locations.
• Provide courteous customer assistance.
• Assist in maintenance and repair of parking equipment and general maintenance tasks as directed.
