Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis Company, is seeking a parking attendant to manage vehicle flow, assist customers, and maintain orderly lots at our Princeton location. This role requires a valid driver’s license, basic math skills, and friendly customer service.

You will work across shifts, uphold uniform standards, and help ensure safety and efficiency in daily operations. The position offers on-site work at US-NJ-Princeton with competitive pay and employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Language skills: reads and comprehends simple instructions and signs.
• Mathematical skills: basic arithmetic for handling money and transactions.
• Appearance: neat and clean in uniform at all times.
• Physical demands: standing, walking, and occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Direct incoming customers to available parking spaces.
• Count vehicles on location during shift.
• Write and issue violation warnings for garage policy violations.
• Patrol parking levels and assist customers with locating their vehicle.
• Provide assistance to customers who misplaced their car.
• Maintain punctuality and uniform appearance.
