Qualifications

• Minimal high school diploma or equivalent and a minimal month related experience or training.
• Oral communication: speaks clearly; listens and asks clarifying questions.
• Written communication: writes clearly and reads information.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the day-to-day management of a location ensuring operations follow contractual guidelines and company policies.
• Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with management duties at the assigned locations.
• Courteously assist customers and report safety or policy issues.
• Maintain and repair parking equipment as directed by the Facility Manager.
• Make yourself familiar with all garage areas and local landmarks.
• Perform other duties as needed.
