Job summary

SP Plus Corporation is hiring for a parking attendant in Seattle, WA. You will guide customers to spaces, manage vehicle counts, issue warnings, and assist with garage operations. A valid driver’s license is required, and shifts may include 2nd/3rd shifts and weekends.

Qualifications

• Education less than high school or minimal related experience.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Availability for 2nd/3rd shift and weekends may be required.
• Ability to read simple instructions and write simple correspondence.
• Must maintain neat uniform and appearance.

Responsibilities

• Direct incoming customers to available parking spaces.
• Count vehicles on location throughout shift.
• Write and issue violation warnings.
• Patrol parking levels on foot or with carts.
• Assist customers who forgot where they parked.
• Be punctual and in uniform every scheduled day.
• Assist customers and route to Facility Manager when needed.
• Control traffic at entrances and exits.
• Support maintenance of parking equipment and general tasks.
• Report incidents and safety hazards to the Facility Manager.
• Know all garage areas, streets, landmarks, and freeways.
• Assist Facility Manager with other duties as needed.
