Job summary

Valet and attendant staff assist customers, maintain safety, and support facility operations across multiple locations. The role requires reliable attendance, a valid driver's license, and strong customer-service skills.

Qualifications

• A valid state driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely drive a vehicle (manual transmission a plus).
• Eligibility to work legally in the U.S. (proof required).
• Ability to communicate clearly and respond professionally to customers and coworkers.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic with US currency.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and adapt to changes.

Responsibilities

• Direct customers to available parking spaces for a seamless experience.
• Count vehicles on location during shifts as needed.
• Write and issue warnings for violations and patrol parking levels.
• Help customers locate their parked vehicle and provide guidance as needed.
• Maintain punctuality, uniform, and reliability for scheduled shifts.
• Assist in maintenance of parking equipment and report hazards to the Facility Manager.
• Support other duties as needed by the Facility Manager.
