Job summary

SP+ Corporation is hiring a Parking Attendant in Cleveland, OH. You will direct customers to spaces, count vehicles, issue warnings, and assist with parking operations while maintaining a neat appearance and following safety policies.

Responsibilities include traffic control, basic maintenance tasks, and responding to inquiries. Availability for 2nd/3rd shifts and weekends may be required. Valid driver's license may be needed for driving company vehicles.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: Less than High School education or 1 month related experience
• License: Valid state driver's license with acceptable driving record if driving is required
• Availability to work: 2nd/3rd shift and weekends may be required
• Language: Ability to read simple instructions and write simple correspondence
• Mathematical: Add/subtract, use dollars
• Appearance: Neat, clean, uniform
• Physical: Stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds
• Salary Range: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Direct customers to available parking spaces
• Count vehicles on location
• Write and issue violation warnings
• Patrol parking levels on foot or with carts
• Assist customers who forgot where they parked
• Maintain punctuality and uniform
• Assist Customers and direct to Facility Manager
• Control traffic at entrances/exits
• Assist in maintenance of parking equipment
• Report accidents or violations to Facility Manager
• Notify garage office of debris or spills
• Substitute for Valets when needed
• Know all areas of the garage and local streets
• Assist Facility Manager with other duties
