Responsibilities

• Ensure customers have a seamless parking experience and facilitate smooth traffic flow.
• Assist customers in making payments to automated revenue control equipment.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and resolve issues with supervision when needed.
• Assist in day-to-day operations at the assigned location.
• Monitor pay-in lanes and maintain facility cleanliness and order.
