Job summary

SP+ is a leading parking and mobility company located in Brooklyn, NY, seeking a diligent Parking Attendant. You will guide customers to spaces, manage vehicle counts, issue warnings, and support safe, efficient parking operations.

Role requires basic education or minimal prior experience, a valid driver's license if driving company vehicles, and the ability to stand, walk, and handle cash and equipment during shifts.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one situations to customers and other employees.

Responsibilities

• Direct incoming customers to available parking spaces.
• Count vehicles on location during shift.
• Issue violation warnings for policy violations.
• Assist customers with locating their vehicle.
• Maintain neat appearance and operate in uniform.
• Control traffic at entrances and exits as needed.
