Job summary

Propark Mobility in Cleveland, Ohio is seeking Parking Attendants (Non-Driving) for full-time and part-time roles with immediate start. Pay rate is $15.00 per hour, with shifts on 2nd shift and opportunities to grow within the company.

The role involves guiding customers to parking spaces, issuing tickets, handling exceptions, and maintaining daily shift records. A friendly, professional demeanor and reliable attendance are essential.

Qualifications

High school diploma preferred but not required.
Able to read, comprehend, and communicate effectively.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
You are at least 18 years old.
Available Mornings, Evenings, Overnight.

Responsibilities

Direct patrons where to park.
Issue tickets to customers and record required information.
Process exception transactions per policy, including forms.
Complete the daily shift paperwork with transactions, vehicles in/out, and counts.
Provide the company's standards of service with each customer, including greeting and exit.
May be asked to perform small cleaning or maintenance tasks.
Assist with special projects as assigned by location management.
Perform other duties as assigned based on operational needs.
