Qualifications

• Education/Experience: Less than High School education or 1 month related experience.
• Availability to Work: 2nd/3rd shift and/or weekends may be required.
• License: Valid state-issued driver’s license if driving company vehicle.
• Language Skills: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and write simple correspondence.
• Math: Ability to add, subtract, and handle US currency.
• Appearance: Neat and clean uniform required.
• Physical: Stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Arrive on time and in a neat, clean uniform.
• Assist customers courteously and answer questions.
• Direct customers to available parking spaces.
• Count vehicles on location during shift.
• Write and issue violation warnings as needed.
• Patrol parking levels on foot or using carts.
• Assist customers who forgot where they parked.
• Give directions and know local landmarks.
• Control traffic at entrances and exits.
• Report accidents or safety hazards to management.
• Communicate debris, spills, and hazards to management.
• Know major streets and landmarks in the lot area.
• Verify starting cash and maintain cash security.
• Make change and issue receipts for transactions.
• Verify shift transactions and complete cashier reports.
