SP+, a Metropolis Company, is hiring a Parking Attendant in Rochester, MN. You will guide drivers to open spaces, monitor entry/exit, issue warnings, and assist customers to create a seamless parking experience.

Qualifications

• Valid state driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely drive a manual transmission is a plus.
• Availability to work 2nd/3rd shifts and weekends.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Able to read/write simple documents and basic math.
• Follow instructions and stay calm in changes or delays.

Responsibilities

• Direct customers to available parking spaces for a seamless experience.
• Count vehicles on location as needed.
• Write and issue violation warnings for garage policies.
• Assist customers who forgot where they parked.
• Control traffic at entrances and exits.
• Assist in maintenance of parking equipment and general upkeep.
