Job summary

SP+ is hiring a Valet at our Rochester, MN location. You will direct customers to parking spaces, count vehicles, issue warnings for violations, and assist customers with locating vehicles. You’ll also help with basic maintenance and traffic flow, while staying punctual, in uniform, and compliant with policies.

Must have a valid U.S. driver's license and acceptable driving record; driving a manual transmission is a plus. Availability for 2nd/3rd shifts and weekends is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid state driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely drive a manual transmission is a plus.
• Available for special shifts including 2nd/3rd shift and weekends.
• Proof of eligibility to work legally in the U.S. is required.
• Ability to provide accurate information to customers and coworkers and respond professionally.

Responsibilities

• Direct customers to available parking spaces for a seamless experience.
• Count vehicles on location as needed.
• Write and issue violation warnings for policy violations.
• Assist customers who misplaced their vehicle location.
• Maintain punctuality and uniform appearance as scheduled.
• Control traffic at entrances and exits when required.
• Assist in maintenance of parking equipment and general tasks.
• Report accidents, safety hazards, or policy violations to the Facility Manager.
• Be familiar with garage areas, streets, landmarks, and routes.
