SP Plus Corporation is seeking an on-site Parking Attendant to deliver reliable customer service, manage payments, and facilitate smooth traffic flow at our Tysons location. You will greet customers, answer questions, direct parking, and assist with basic safety and policy enforcement.

Responsibilities include handling cash and receipts, counting vehicles, and reporting incidents while maintaining a neat uniform and presenting a professional image in varying weather conditions.

Qualifikationen

• Education/Experience Required: Less than High School education or one month related experience, training or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Availability to Work: 2nd shift, 3rd shift and/or weekends may be required depending on location.
• License Requirement: Valid state-issued driver’s license with acceptable driving record if driving company vehicle.
• Language Skills: Ability to read, write, and present information to customers and employees.
• Mathematical Skills: Basic arithmetic with money (counts, cash handling).
• Appearance: Neat, clean uniform.
• Physical Demands: Stand/walk outdoors, lift up to 25 pounds.

• Deliver quality customer service and process payments for parking.
• Direct customers to available parking spaces and manage entry/exit flow.
• Count vehicles on location and issue violation warnings per policies.
• Patrol parking levels, assist customers who forget where they parked.
• Provide directions and information about local areas.
• Maintain cash handling accuracy and complete cashier reports.
