Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis company, is seeking a friendly, reliable parking attendant at our Oxon Hill location. You will handle payments at automated pay stations, assist customers with parking services, and help maintain a smooth flow of traffic in the facility.

Responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service, resolving complaints, and supporting day‑to‑day operations and audits. A valid driver’s license and flexible availability are required.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Experience with automated parking access control hardware/software or strong tech aptitude.
• Availability: Flexible shifts; may include weekends.
• License: Must hold a valid state driver’s license.
• Math: Ability to perform basic arithmetic and make change.
• Language: Proficiency in English reading/writing.
• Reasoning: Apply common sense to instructions.
• Adaptability: Adapt to changing conditions and schedules.
