Job summary

Responsibilities

• Monitor designated streets, lots, garages, or a campus to enforce parking policies.
• Provide customer service by answering questions about directions, events, locations and policies.
• Issue citations and warnings for non-compliance; impound, boot, or relocate vehicles as directed.
• Work independently with sound judgment and diplomacy.
• Assist maintenance staff with parking equipment and facility upkeep, including meters and pay displays.
• Assist in collecting revenue from meters and pay-on-foot systems.
• Assist event staff with parking for events, including setup, traffic control, and payments.
• Assist with permit sales data entry and frontline customer service.
