SP+, a Metropolis company, is a real-world AI-driven parking solutions provider focused on checkout-free experiences. In New Orleans, we operate a large parking network and seek attendants who deliver exceptional customer service.

You will guide customers to parking spaces, monitor vehicle flow, and assist with routine maintenance tasks, demonstrating professionalism and reliability on every shift.

Qualifications

• A valid state driver’s license and eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Ability to safely drive a manual transmission is a plus.
• Ability to read, write, and understand basic numbers and memos.
• Availability for second/third shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Direct incoming customers to available parking spaces for a seamless parking experience.
• Count vehicles on location during shifts and monitor activity as needed.
• Write and issue violation warnings for garage policy violations; patrol levels as needed.
• Provide assistance to customers who have forgotten where they parked their vehicle.
• Be punctual, in uniform, and ready to work every scheduled day.
