Job summary

SP+ is seeking a parking attendant in Manhattan to guide customers to open spaces and maintain order in the garage. You will count vehicles, issue warnings when policies are violated, and assist customers who forgot where they parked.

The role requires a valid driver's license, the ability to drive a manual transmission is a plus, and flexibility for second/third shifts and weekends. Eligible to work in the U.S. is required, with a comprehensive benefits package offered.

Qualifications

• A valid state driver’s license and acceptable driving record is required.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission is a plus.
• Availability to work second/third shifts and weekends may be required.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. with proper documentation.

Responsibilities

• Direct incoming customers to available parking spaces for a seamless parking experience.
• Count vehicles on location during shift as needed.
• Write and issue violation warnings to tenants and visitors; patrol garage levels.
• Assist customers who forgot where they parked and provide directions.
• Maintain punctual attendance, be in uniform, and follow all safety and policy procedures.
• Manage traffic at entrances/exits and support maintenance of parking equipment.
