SP+, a Metropolis Company, seeks a Parking Attendant in Bellevue, WA to direct customers to spaces, count vehicles, and enforce garage policies. You will assist customers with finding their vehicles and maintain a neat uniform appearance.

The role requires basic education or experience, a valid driver’s license if driving a company vehicle, and the ability to work variable shifts, including weekends. Tips may supplement the hourly rate, with benefits provided to eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: Less than High School or 1 month related experience, or equivalent combination.
• License: Valid state driver’s license if driving company vehicle.
• Availability:2nd/3rd shift and weekends may be required depending on location.
• Language: Ability to read simple instructions and communicate.
• Math: Basic arithmetic with money.
• Appearance: Neat, clean, uniform.
• Physical: Standing, walking, lifting up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Direct customers to available parking spaces.
• Count vehicles on location.
• Write and issue violation warnings.
• Patrol parking levels on foot or via carts.
• Assist customers who forgot where they parked.
• Be on time and in uniform every scheduled day.
• Assist customers and direct to Facility Manager when needed.
• Control traffic at entrances/exits.
• Assist in maintenance of parking equipment and general tasks as directed.
• Report accidents or safety hazards to Facility Manager.
• Know all garage areas and local landmarks.
