Qualifications

Education and/or Experience: less than high school education or up to one month related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

Uses quality customer service, receives payment and facilitates traffic through the gate.
Counts revenue at shift start, collects cash and validations, and issues receipts or tickets.
Operates cash register, quotes prices and records transactions.
Gives directions, resolves complaints, answers calls, and maintains booth cleanliness.
Maintains inventory of work aids and ensures proper bank reconciliation.
Records cars in/out and prepares shift reports.
