Job summary

SP+ is seeking a Parking Attendant in New Orleans to assist customers, direct parking flow, and maintain garage operations. You will work on-site, provide friendly service, and support the Facility Manager to ensure a smooth parking experience.

Requirements include a valid driver's license, ability to drive a manual transmission, and availability for 2nd/3rd shifts or weekends. Pay is $10.00–$12.00 per hour plus tips, with benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with current address and clean driving record.
• Ability to safely operate a vehicle with manual transmission is a plus.
• Willingness to work special shifts including nights and weekends.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. (documentation required).
• Ability to provide clear information to customers and co-workers.
• Competence with basic math and handling US currency.

Responsibilities

• Direct customers to available parking spaces for a seamless experience.
• Count vehicles on location and monitor garage activity.
• Issue violation warnings and patrol parking levels as needed.
• Assist customers who misplaced their vehicle location.
• Ensure punctual attendance and professional uniform.
• Manage traffic at entrances/exits and assist with maintenance tasks.
