Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis company, is seeking a Part-Time Parking Attendant in New Orleans, LA. You will direct customers, assist with parking operations, and ensure a clean, presentable lot while adhering to policies and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities include counting vehicles, issuing warnings, handling vendor questions, and being available for second or third shifts on weekends as needed. A valid driver’s license and neat uniform are required.

Qualifications

• Basic reading and writing proficiency; able to follow simple instructions.
• Must have a valid state-issued driver’s license with current address and clean driving record.
• Availability for second/third shift and weekends may be required.
• Able to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Direct incoming customers to available parking spaces.
• Count vehicles on location throughout shift.
• Write and issue violation warnings for garage policy violations.
• Patrol parking levels on foot or carts as applicable.
• Assist customers who misplaced their vehicle.
• Maintain punctuality and uniform appearance.
• Assist customers and refer to Facility Manager when needed.
• Control traffic at entrances/exits as necessary.
• Assist with maintenance and repair of parking equipment.
