Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Economics or equivalent work experience.
• Strong financial modeling and analysis capabilities.
• Experience managing assets, budgets, and performance reporting.
• Excellent communication with clients, partners and stakeholders.
• Proven leadership and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute asset strategies aligned with client objectives and long-term property performance.
• Lead long-term strategic plans to enhance assets and guest experience.
• Identify and develop strategic enhancements for growth and revenue optimization.
• Evaluate and implement technologies to improve efficiency and service delivery.
• Manage budgets and monthly P&L for assigned portfolio.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
