Job summary

Legacy Parking Company, based in Atlanta, seeks a Location/Facility Manager to own day‑to‑day operations at a location account. You’ll be the face of Legacy Parking to management, tenants, security and visitors, ensuring smooth operations, strong P&L performance, and proactive problem solving.

You’ll drive revenue, manage PARCS equipment and vendor relationships, and lead a team while maintaining high standards of safety and service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in parking operations.
• Hands-on experience with PARCS systems and equipment troubleshooting.
• Proven experience managing staff, scheduling, budgets and P&L accountability.
• Working knowledge of cash handling controls, revenue reconciliation and audit procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own daily operations across location(s) to Legacy standards and client contracts.
• Manage PARCS equipment and software; coordinate with vendors on service, upgrades and integrations.
• Keep facilities clean, safe and well maintained; propose customer‑experience improvements.
• Grow revenue and control expenses through smart operating decisions.
• Prepare and review financial and operational reports; partner on budgets and forecasts.
• Act as the primary contact for property managers, clients and customers.
• Recruit, train and lead a team including Assistant Managers and Team Leaders.
• Lead special projects and initiatives as assigned.
